Pleased to announce that Aja has joined the cast of the movie #TechwoodCross directed by Apar. Aja will be playing the role of Genecia. She is the younger sister of Gary, the main lead character.
Synopsis:
Techwood Cross is one of the deadliest housing projects in the country. Littered with narcotics, drug gangs, and extreme poverty the streets of Techwood, which Gary calls home are all he has ever known. Like a moth to an open flame the allure of the streets begin to quickly poison his young soul. Another resident of Techwood, Shark, is a witty street hustler who has fully maturated into the trap lifestyle feels a responsibility to Gary. Sharks ambition could lead him to fortune and success as well as death and destruction due to his lust and ill placed prestige. Interjected into this world is Byron, the son of a prominent Pastor and husband to Gary’s teacher Vanessa. He carries the weight of the world on his shoulders and decides to dedicate his life to serve others. He begins with Techwood Cross. As a community activist Byron propels himself into politics and begins to compare himself to the likes of Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela. As the young prodigy ascends he realizes life’s harshest realities when his ambition takes away what it is he desired most. In a tale of uncommon truths and all to common lies comes the story of three men, each seeking a level of redemption and deliverance from Techwood Cross.
